A fork of Moonscape by FranklinDM. The key difference is that while Moonscape tries to replicate the appearance, color and metrics of Windows 95/98 style, which were the popular OSs when Netscape was popular. However in this theme I tried to make it reflect the OS's color, metrics and themes, which is the same look when you launch SeaMonkey 1.x, SeaMonkey 2.x with XPFE-Classic theme or Netscape 7.x with the Classic theme on modern Windows versions.

Also I have restored the dropmarker buttons for back and forward buttons.
